The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Here you can retreat and enjoy a wonderful rest after a day of exploring.

In the inviting kitchen-living area, you’ll find another cozy double bed that promises a restful night’s sleep. The seating area invites you to linger and offers a comfortable spot to relax together or watch an entertaining movie.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a sink, and a convenient coffee maker, so you can easily prepare your own meals. Enjoy a peaceful breakfast on the balcony or plan your day over a cup of freshly brewed coffee.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a refreshing shower and a toilet to freshen up after a day full of adventures.

The vacation apartments are located on private property in Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom. With an average of over 1,906 hours of sunshine per year, Usedom is one of the sunniest regions in Germany and on the Baltic Sea. The 700-year-old town of Zinnowitz is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island. Not only have renowned painters and filmmakers been drawn to the island, but famous authors such as Kurt Tucholsky and Theodor Fontane were also captivated by it. The latter described his feelings in a 1863 letter to his wife with the words, “…one has peace and fresh air, and these two things fill the nerves, heart, and lungs with a quiet delight.” Zinnowitz and its surroundings offer a wide variety of activities for everyone. Both the forest and the beach provide ample space for hiking and exploring. With diverse highlights such as the Bernsteintherme (1.3 km), the yellow theater “Die Blechbüchse” (0.8 km), and the pier with the diving gondola (0.9 km), Zinnowitz also invites visitors to enjoy a variety of recreational activities year-round.
