Ostseeoase Zinnowitz, Apartment 23, near the beach

The vacation rental was newly furnished in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and features a spacious balcony with a view of the greenery.
The living room/bedroom is modernly furnished with a double bed, a sitting area with a pull-out sofa, and a dining area. A smart TV, Wi-Fi, and board games for all ages ensure relaxing evenings on the sofa. You can prepare your meals in the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your meal in comfort on the large, south-facing balcony overlooking the greenery. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. Insect screens are installed on the windows and balcony door.
Our vacation rental is designed for 2 adults and 1 child, who can sleep in the parents’ bed or on the sofa bed. If needed, we’ll provide a high chair free of charge.
A parking space in front of the house is available to you free of charge. Bicycles can be stored inside the house.
To help you enjoy your vacation right from the start, a small welcome kit awaits you: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and dish towels—everything you need for a relaxing start.
You’ll be staying in a central yet quiet location, just an 8-minute walk through a small wooded area to the fine-sand beach; and about a 10-minute walk to the beach promenade with the Zinnowitz pier and the town center with its restaurants, cafés, and shops...
In the mood for some wellness? The Parkhotel across the street features a spacious 500 m² wellness area, which can be used for a fee. In addition to a swimming pool with a waterfall shower and counter-current system, the sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, as well as plunge and Kneipp pools. Please inquire about opening hours, availability, and usage fees at the hotel front desk, where payment is also required. Additional wellness options are available at the Bernsteintherme (a 17-minute walk from the vacation rental) and the Ostseetherme in Ahlbeck. You can reach these by car or via the UBB spa train in about 30 minutes.
