”Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a Hillside Suite on the first floor, which was plenty of room for our family. I think the second floor in the building (400) would have been much better, as our room was dark and the outside area was at the base of a giant dirt hill, which was hot and dusty so you couldn't really sit outside even in the evening. ”Second stay at this nice hotel. Convenient location, very near to Zion NP. Rooms are quite small but clean. I appreciated the floors without carpets. I would prefer the actual breakfast (like it was before) instead of a bagged breakfast. There is not many chairs and tables to eat the breakfast so it is not very enjoyable. On the other hand the breakfast bag was easy to take to hike.”

We put in some long days, enjoying the hiking trails and it was so convenient to be at our hotel lickety-split at the end of the day.”

”Loved staying here. Excellent location to visit Zion National Park. The shuttle is right out front. We could walk down the street for ice cream and restaurants, although the Camp Outpost restaurant onsite was awesome. Everything was clean, quiet. We had a room overlooking the Virgin River and enjoyed the sounds of the birds and flowing water. We also loved watching the gentle deer who came to munch on the grounds.”

”Staff was friendly and helpful with good local suggestions for food. Only complaint is our room did not have a pull out couch (that I specifically booked) nor could we get a cot/rollaway. Otherwise the location and views more than made up for any issue. Beautiful view of the valley”
