”The rates were reasonable, the rooms clean. Breakfast was included which you can't always find these days. Breakfast was very acceptable with many choices. Hotel is very convenient off the highway and just a quick drive to Hudson, Ohio with alot of shopping and restaurant choices.”

”Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁”

”Overall it's just not a great stay. Poorly maintained, lacking attention to detail regarding renovations. Truly wasn't inpressed”

”I believe the hotel has “dog” rooms that are not well kept, the tub drain was not functioning, the tub had a ring, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, they did come and snake the drain, at 11 pm because they could not move us to another room. They did fix the drain problem, at 11, but the room still had the other issues. This should have been checked as it was clearly a issue before.”

”Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!”

”Staff was great, place was clean. Easy parking. Air conditioner didn't really throw cold air, and bathroom sink faucet was very loose.”

”We did not arrive until midnight. The staff at the desk was pleasant but very hospitable. Going to our room we used the elevator as we were on the second floor. The elevator floor was filthy, the groves in the elevator floor looked as though they have not been cleaned in months. Opening the door to the room the first thing you see is the large hole in the bathroom door. The carpeting was dirty and ripped in a number of places. Going into the room there was wallpaper falling off, large marks...

”Easy and friendly check in and out. Nice room but no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily I always pack my own. Was supposed to get the second room as adjoining but it was down the hall. Not a big deal but worth noting. Swimming pool needs some TLC”

”They had our room ready and let us in early as we arrived about 10 minutes early. The room was clean. It was quiet even though our room was right near the elevator. Everything was just as advertised. Friendly staff. Typical continental breakfast, but the team member working was very diligent about keeping items well stocked. Would stay there again.”

”Constant smell of cat litter that has never been changed or clean, rude staff, falling apart rooms and windows. Do not recommend.”
