”The location of this property is perfect. The beach is right in front and takes 30 seconds to walk there. Beautiful swimming and snorkeling with food and drinks at the beach available. Very roomy sccommodations with everything you need”

”Great location. Cut through the park and you're on the beach. Two stores (one with fresh produce) a very short walk away. A taqueria across the street. My only complaint would be the traffic noise but there's nothing to be done about that. At night, the waves muffle the road noise. Great little pool to cool down after a beach day. And, who doesn't love to shower outside. We'll be back!!”

”Beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, good air conditioning and quiet. You can easily walk to the town by the beach, where you will find restaurants and small stores with some basic options for food (better to do grocery shopping before to arrive if you want more choices). They provide an umbrella for the beach. Some mosquitos around sunset when we were there in July, but not a problem during the rest of the day.”

”Very clean and extremely responsive staff. A little street noise at night, but then again Zipolite is a busy little tourist town. Lots of steep spiral towers, so be careful. Great rooftop terrace and pool is ok. WIFI was fast and rarely not working.”

”The three of us had a dream of a stay at Casa Xochi. Liz was an impeccable host, the sunset view couldn't be better, and access to the beach was just what we needed after a day of work. The internet was reliable for our Zoom meetings and other work needs, and the place is perfectly situated in pristine San Agustinillo between fun nightlife and restaurants in Mazunte and Zipolite. I couldn't recommend it more. ”

”Perched on a steep hill with excellent views of the beach from the king bed and hammocks. The drive in from main road is best done with high clearance vehicle. The host was awesome in helping with our questions. The salt breeze has taken a cosmetic toll on all-things-metal. Resource conservation is encouraged. If visiting in September, bring mosquito repellent.”

”We absolutely adored our stay on the property. It was positively dreamy! The place was clean and beautifully styled. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view, astounding. The outdoor tub was such a lovely touch. Even the toilet paper was cushy! Absolutely would come back.”
