”Real feedback.
The guests were too drunk and obnoxious! We felt unsafe one time. The food isn’t as good as the prices reflect. The room bathrooms do not offer enough privacy one can hear all the toilet activities. :(
On the positive side the location was superb, the staff well trained and very polite, and the facilities were beautiful.”

”I had a fantastic experience at Suites Lomboy & Plaza. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. The suites are spacious, super clean, and very comfortable — more like a small apartment than a hotel room. The bed was great, the AC worked perfectly, and having a kitchenette was a huge plus.

”Nice view of the ocean but probably won’t stay there again. Rooms not very clean, refrigerator in room didn’t work. The air conditioning went out. Now the spa was small but the massages were amazing.”

”It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous.
However, I was very displeased with 2 things:
1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came.
When we complained about it to a front office employee, the only answer we got was that we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door which was not true as we...
