”Food was not good ”

”The Secrets resort was wonderful. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. The food at the restaurant was very good, the best of any all inclusive we have every been to. ”

”We were welcomed at the property beautifully. There were drinks available, the check in was smooth and although our ocean view room had 2 giant palm trees blocking the view of the ocean (a little sneaky)— the room was spotless and clean. Now, before I came I did write to them to ask for their help setting up some special things for my sisters birthday. I wrote twice and received no response. ”The hotel is fine for a 1 night stay before or after a flight. There is a free shuttle between hotel and airport. Room was clean and wifi worked well. Simple breakfast was included in the price. Parking was easy and there is an Oxxo minimarket short walking distance away. ”

”Make sure you confirm reservation with hotel before you get there, we booked with Expedia and the hotel did not have our reservation and we had to jump through hoops to get it taken care of and we got a room but it wasn’t the one we reserved. ”

”This is a great, tucked away, boutique hotel. The staff and property are wonderful with easy access to activities.”
