”Rooms were clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Room amenities are excellent and large. A few steps walking distance from many good restaurants.”

”Kk”

”There were some loud noises outside in the night between 4 and 6. Sounded like emptying the trash or construction or something. The reception was extremely slow. It took us 20mins+ to check-out, even though there were just a couple of people in front of us. Location was great! Familyroom was very spacious. Without the noise and with faster service it would of been great.”

”Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service.”
