Yksityiset loma-asunnot – Zlaté Hory

”We are so happy we had chosen this place to stay. Everything was smooth and friendly. Rh e room was spacious, the bed were very good and we had good night sleep. The food was very delicious. Every night the dinner was different and even better than the previous one. One should remember to book this option 24 hours before though. The other option for dinner is a la karte. Which is not worse at all, may be a little more costly. The service was superb. This place is a great point to see and enjoy...

”Veel problemen met de douche, na enige tijd wel verholpen. Bed kan beter, en veel geluid overlast van andere gasten ”

”hotel room very clean, good breakfast.”

”Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Leider nicht nmeotechnisch gestaltet. Die Beschriftungen sind klein und seit mehreren Jahren nicht verbessert. Der Preis ist verhältnismäßig hoch. ”

”The view was absolutely beautiful, the staff super friendly, the food delicious and they surprised me with a free upgrade! I love this place.”

”Lovely, picturesque and quiet location. Swimming pool a good size. Excellent food in restaurant. Clean, spacious room, well heated for winter stay. Efficient check-in. Friendly staff. ”

”No air conditioning, no reception, no check-in PIN-code from Hotels.com (the other customers had to call to the staff of the hotel), the phone number of the hotel in the booking confirmation was not working, no information about breakfast. With this level of service I would like to have 1/3 of the money back I paid. The room was hot like sauna all the time.”
