The town of Zminj has always played an important role, thanks to its central location which is easily accessible from all sides. Visit the medieval town, see the churches, town walls and towers and enjoy the atmosphere. The oldest festival in Istria is called Brtulja and takes place in Zminj on the last Saturday in August. Take part in the festival and try local products such as cheese and prosciutto. You can also buy handmade toys and souvenirs. No matter where you go, you will be welcomed by the locals. And if you feel like it, the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea with beautiful beaches, as well as the biggest tourist towns are just a short drive from the villa.
