”we were only here for a few hours because we had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. but no complaints. very nice place to stay”

”The room was clean, and the staff was great. We were able to keep the room cool enough. The king bed room, however, was TINY. It was small for one person, but unacceptable for two people. The was only space for one piece of luggage to place off of the floor. Desktop space and bathroom countertop space were inadequate. The cubby hole to hang clothes was laughably small. If you’re traveling with more than one person, and you need to stay more than one night, I would recommend looking to another...

”Someone at the hotel checked me in before I even arrived at this hotel lying and saying that I checked in when I did not I tried to get a refund but I was not able to get my 800 dollar refund from the hotel so I would not recommend anyone staying at this specific hotel in Garland at all they said I had checked in at 3:00 p.m. when I did not arrive there until later on in the day which that was a lie in the first voice because I did not come to that hotel at all earlier that day”

”My stay(1st stay) wasn’t bad. Really nice room. 1-bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly still had hair and spots in the tub/shower. 2-Signs of mildew/mold in corners of tub and water damage above shower. Minor stuff. Sheets floor and furniture were cleaned from what I could see.”

”Locations of this place is very good,lots of restaurants and shops are nearby.By your car you are in downtown Memphis in 20 minutes,Graceland 10 minutes,via interstate 55/240.Memphis int'airport is allso nearby.I came very late,after midningt,due to my flight,but that was no problem,room was waiting.Actually not room but a 2 room suite with totally equipt kitchen,dishmachine,microwawe,coffeemaker,fridge and so on.Bed,pilows were nice and comfort.Bathroom was nice and clean.Staff was polite and...

”This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.”
