”The apartment offers excellent value for the price you pay.”

”For relatively new building rooms are not maintained very well. I had to change 3 rooms on my stay of 7 days. The 1st room, the toilet seat was completely broken, the 2nd room was smelling mold and was visible on the wall. This is a health hazard but the management didn't care to rent it. The 3rd half of the ceiling lights were not working. Electric outlets were bad only one working properly.”

”The stay was good. It could have had more staffing to improve communication and organization.”

”Yövyn tässä hotellissa usein koska sen sijainti on sopiva. Yöpymishinta ei ole tasapainossa huoneen laadun kanssa. Keskustassa voi yöpyä samaan hintaan paremmassa hotellissa. Kehityskohteita hotellissa olisi paljon. Esim sänky ja petivaatteet, seuraavaksi kylpyhuone ja huoneen ulkoovi.”

”Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the...

”Hotel staff are very friendly, always ready to render assistance”

”Our room at the Melka International Hotel had an amazing view of the city. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, including the new location for Yod Abyssinia, which is in walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful and were expecting us when we arrived at close to midnight. When we purchased food at the restaurant we had difficulty charging to the room and it seems that they don't provide that service. We opted not to stay at the Melka for our entire trip solely because of the...

”Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest. The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful....

”Hyvä hotelli”

”it's a good place to stay overall, had some issue with the staff, but the manger is super proactive and he will make your stay very comfortable.”

”Todella ystävällinen, lämminhenkinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Jäi hyvä mieli!”

”Staff was excellent, the room was always kept in pristine condition; however, the food could use some improvement and the internet was absolutely horrible. I didn’t visit the spa or gym.”
