”DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff is horrible! For starters I had a broken foot and walk in with my 80 year old mom who also has mobility issues and what does the front desk do? Takes forever with no consideration to the fact that I was standing with a broken foot all that time... then she proceeds to assign us a second floor room with no elevator! The lack of common sense and empathy is just appalling. Needles to say I requested a room change and what was given to us felt like a PUNISHMENT. I am not...

”Upon arrival you realize that booking a stay here was the best choice. It is definitely a mountain retreat and besides the tours that we went on during the day, we didn’t want to leave. Nothing can beat relaxing on the hammock on your balcony, being surrounded by nature, waking up with the most incredible views, the breakfast was scrumptious and we didn’t want to have dinner anywhere else, it was a gourmet experience.”
