”Booked for my parents who said had a phenomenal time, convenient, beautiful, excellent service. Was very apprehensive at the beginning as the initial conversation with reception seemed cold and uncomfortable but my parents loved it. ”

”Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly nice. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only feedback is we wish there was Wi-Fi in the rooms and that the bed was a little softer. Although we came here to disconnect, having Wi-FI to communicate with family and manage flight check-ins would have been convenient. ”

”What a beautiful place. Very comfortable bed, room was perfect size for just me. Food was delicious, staff was attentive, room was beautiful and clean. Very quiet place to stay & relax. Not much to do other than a massage or pool area. They do have activities outside the hotel if you’re interested. Great place! ”

Breakfast could have been a bit better.. Most staff members didn't speak English at all what I would not expect in a hotel this good. As I don't speak Spanish it resulted in some uncomfortable situations..”
