"Good location, with just roughly 10 - 15 minutes walk / 1km away from Paulista Avenue. Polite Staff. I would say that the breakfast buffet is average. However adding the breakfast to the reservation is very cheap. So when taking into consideration the cheap price, the breakfast is very good. I got the feeling that the property building is a bit worn down, however the Room itself was very well kept and in good condition.
I have just two very minor complaints. First, the water pressure in the bathroom is average at best, and I would sometimes have to run the water in the shower up to 1 - 2 minutes before getting warm water. Second the sound insulation is not very good. Each night I could hear the traffic and other noises from the street outside the hotel, or whenever a door was opened or closed on the corridor. Ofcourse it is not the hotels fault, but there were also other guest related noises, such as (it sounded to me) that someone took their phone argument on the hotel corridor instead of keeping it in the room. Or another time different room's family's kids were running and screaming and playing on the corridor. Ofcourse how other guests behave is not the hotels fault, but generally the room noise insulation could be bit better, but it's not bad enough to ruin otherwise excellent stay. There's also kiosk literally next door to the hotel,and restaurant across the street for convenience."
