The villa has a beautiful exterior with IPE terraces on different levels, allowing easy circulation from the common areas to the bedrooms and the swimming pool.
The swimming pool measures 10* 4 and has a roller shutter and is equipped with a heat pump.
A lounge / relaxation area is set up by the pool and deckchairs are also available.
Possibility to park 3 cars inside the villa.
The garden is not fenced.
The back terrace has a barbecue and a dining area.

For information, outdoor security cameras may be present on the property. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.
