Huoneistot – Zonza

”Please note This hôtel has changed his owner . We arrived and everything was under construction and hotel closed . We finally spoke with the owner who just acquired this hotel . The hotel is going to be new and lovely but please call the owner Mr Jean Michel Olivieri +33 6 24 85 12 08 to check if the hotel will be open soon . He is getting ready for 2026 We have been blessed as it helped us with Private accomodation and everything was fine ! I am convinced with a brand new hôtel in Zonza this...

”The staff was very friendly and helpful however we were asked to rent towels but if they were wet we had to pay 5 euros to get a dry one each time at the daily rate for this hotel I don’t think it’s normal. Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful except for one person in particular at the breakfast where we pays 14 euros each day , she asked all the clients to return our dirty strays after breakfast even though we said we voient carry anything due to shoulder injuries. She said we were...

”Mezzanotte was superb for a family of 4 with a private pool and wonderful nestled between the vineyards. However, it would have been good to know in advance that cleaning was only once a week, not everyday like in a normal hotel. The cleaning lady forgot to come and clean our villa and we needed to remind about it. The menu in the restaurant was very limited and the food was rather ordinary. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves very much and can truly recommend this place.”

”Owner was arrogant . We arrived at 2:45pm and check in was at 4pm . Instead of saying sorry I would love to accommodate you , he smirked and said well your early and check in is at 4pm. Our booking agency’s site indicated a heated pool , when we got there there was no pool. We asked if we could check out earlier because of that error and it was a NO. Called our booking company and said it’s up to the owner to refund and it was a NO. As well this is a B&B at 100€ per night. No breakfast included...
