Só a limpeza deixou a desejar : não limparam o quarto em um dos dias e eu tive que solicitar verbalmente a arrumação. ”The room had a very weird and bad smell throughout our stay (the whole floor did). The service was mostly in Spanish and not super friendly. They gave us two keys, but later when we had issues with the key they explained that only one of the keys work, so not great for a group of three, as one of us came in alone with a key that didn't work. "Pasamos bien en total 10 noches en dos partes. Personal muy amable, habitación de buen tamaño, cama cómoda. Linda piscina aunque no tan linda como se ve en las fotos. Spa agradable también con agua caliente. En el desayuno podría haber más fruta cortada y no solo naranja o pomelo . "
