”This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we got to stay here shortly and in the fall, so we could not enjoy the amazing mosaic pool. The young gentleman at the front...

”The host cancelled our booking on the day of arrival. With no notice, no response to phone calls. 2 adults and 2 kids were left with nowhere to go. ”

”The location is well positioned, close to the center, shops, restaurants. Clean apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen. I had a stress when, on the day of arrival, at the airport I was announced that my accommodation was canceled. But the owner was very nice and did not leave us on the street at night... offering a room.”

”Kaikki meni tosi mukavasti ja henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja puhui hyvin englantia. Meille järjestettiin erikseen aamupala aikaisemmin, koska meillä oli aikainen lähtö kaupungista. Hotelli on melko pieni, huoneita on vain kourallinen. Hotelli on myös vähän piilossa, joten se voi olla opaskylteistä huolimatta hieman hankala löytää. Yleisesti minulla on vain hyvää sanottavaa tästä paikasta.”

”Great hotel with a great location. Room was tip-top perfect, clean and almost as new. Could though easily hear noises from the corridor through the door. Breakfast had good variety of fruits and berries and all sort of things that are needed to keep you going throughout the day. Breakfast is also good for vegetarian. Friendly staff. Slight minus for room cleaning not filling the shampoo/shower gel bottles during the stay.”

”Excellent service ! The restaurant bar New York in the lobby. A representative called Berat did help me get gluten free food at their restaurant and that was amazing. Room was clean and big with awesome snacks. I also appreciate that the spa was open until late so I could use it directly ”
