”The key code sent in an e-mail did not work, even though according to the display it was the correct code, and it took almost one hour to get another, working, key code from the 24/7 hotline. No refund was offered. The sound insulation was poor and all trains could be heard inside - I have lived close to a railroad and the insulation can be way better.
