”I took a cold shower on the last day. There was no hot water on the 28th to shower with in the morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful, though, and are utilizing whatever resources are available to them. ”

”I had to change the room since the first they gave me had a terrible humidity odor. stayed 10 nights and they only cleaned the room once. I asked for them to clean the room 2 more times but they told me they would clean it every 4 days. They wrote down the cleaning lady should clean the room but she only changed the towels, never changed the sheets. What’s the purpose to stay in a hotel if you don’t get cleanliness and you have to do your bed daily? This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel...

”Beds were comfortable, shower good, location convenient to where our daughter lives. We were disappointed that the ice machine did not work and continued to not work the 3 days we were there. Breakfast good, but no salsa any of the days. Maid service was very good. Internet great. Welcome gift? Not sure what it was but we did not receive one. Seeing the receptionist all boxed in behind glass didn’t give us a lot of confidence about the area. Overall it was a good stay for the price.”

”The staff at this hotel were by far the friendliest and most professional staff I have encountered at a hotel. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were also incredibly courteous and helpful. Overall it was an outstanding facility and experience.”

”I liked the location and the easy access to the highway in an area known for traffic jams. The breakfast was really good and the lady who was running it was obviously very happy being there. The overall hotel looks dated, but not in a bad way, just in that it is older, but there are none of the telltale signs like cheap upgrades or horrible caulk jobs. This hotel is well maintained.
