”Property is as listed, owner is very responsive and welcoming.”

”Fun neighborhood good bars and restaurants ”

”Jessica was more than welcoming and made sure everything was set and perfect for our last minute stay in Rochester. House was in a great location and even the snow was cleared from the driveway so we had no issues getting in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Thanks again!”

”This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for a group. We went mainly to relax and our party included my elderly mother-in-law so I appreciated the many recliners and main floor bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen was easy to use with all cupboards and drawers labeled. We took our small dog and appreciated the drawer with doggy poop bags and the water/food bowls. The house is quite old but carefully decorated and everything works! We would go back again sometime. BTW, there is a tiny...

”Pet-friendly with a fenced in back yard. Lovely large kitchen with a center island for working on projects, meal prep and gathering with family & friends.”

”Convenient access to Mayo Clinic and a 14min walk if you want to leave the car. 2 car spots in the driveway for easy parking. Extra bathroom and shower downstairs if needed. 3 steps to get up into house in case that is an issue for anyone. WiFi available and a super nice recliner for someone recouping. Jessica was super nice to work with. ”

”Thank you”

”House was great for our 6 senior family members. We especially enjoyed the back yard, and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils.Communication through the VRBO website was difficult before our arrival. It was confusing that we received emails from three different named individuals. I assume this was an issue with updating VRBO info but was confusing during the reservation stage.. Our only issue was that there were no lightbulbs in one of the baths. And the lamps in...

”This home was convenient to Mayo St. Mary’s. Note that there is construction in front of the hospital at the moment so your walk will be a little further to get around but just a block or so. The home was clean and had everything we needed to cook. Communication was excellent and we received responses very quickly. The upstairs bedroom gets quite hot in summer weather. There are 2 fans to assist. The stairs going up are quite steep and might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. ...

”This lake view house had ample room for the 9 of us. It was really nice that everyone had their own bed! The house is walking distance to the park, beach, Thursday Farmers Market and a short drive to numerous eateries and attractions. Would definitely book again when traveling with a large group of family or friends.”

”Great pet friendly option”
