”Loistohotelli, ylitti täysin odotukset! Erinomainen palvelu, kaikki tärkeimmät nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvät bussiyhteydet, jos ei halua kävellä. Myös Trier Süd-juna-asema n. 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, josta pääsee kätevästi Luxemburgiiin vähän alle tunnissa. Aamiainen runsas ja siellä myös hyvä palvelu. Hotellissa on myös saunaosasto, jota en valitettavasti testannut, koska lapset eivät saaneet tulla sine (ikäraja 18 vuotta). Hotellin yhteydessä myös ravintola, jota emme myöskään...

They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!”
