”Overall a Nice hotel: our room with two queen sized beds was big. The shower facility was small and water stream from the shower head was lousy. Nice photo gallery (2nd floor) and fireplace in lobby. Gift shop well equipped but pricy.”

”There was no maid service and we weren't made aware of this at check in. The pool was not heated and was very cold. There was no hot water for a shower at 9 pm.”

”Standard king room. Solo traveling. It is a basic room with little to no amenities. Situated on the edge of Gallup. It’s a 2 star hotel w 2 star everything. If you just need a clean place to sleep for a quick overnight it’s perfect.”

”The 1st and 2nd floors allow pets in their rooms. Dogs constantly barking.”

”The staff were nice and the room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and pillows were great! The shower does not have a place to hold the soap and the shower curtain was too small so water got on the floor. The breakfast did not have much at all. We only stayed for one night and with the beds being so comfortable and the price being really great, we would definitely recommend this as a stay for a short trip.”

”No surprises. On the whole, the property was a little worn but not bad. AC was way too cold in the common areas. Staff was polite and eager to please. I would stay there again. ”

”The motel offered a fair price for the room so that was the main draw. They had a nice continental breakfast that was satisfying. I'm not a big breakfast person, so this was perfect as I could have bagels, raisin bread, fruit etc, instead of just my usual cereal. I recommend this place as I would stay there again if I ever came back to Gallup.”

”I am very thankful for the front desk staff at this location. We arrived VERY late due to the Amtrak train being delayed. The front desk guy was super helpful and got us checked in quickly. A different front desk guy was super helpful in getting me to Enterprise the next morning for a rental. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.”

”Have stayed at this property several times and seems that they continue to take their customer service to the next level with each visit. Receptionists are so friendly and enjoy their job.”

”The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!”

”Yövyimme matkallamme Route 66 pitkin kohti länttä. Majoitus oli hinta-laatusuhteeltaan hyvä. Hotelli oli oikein mukava ja plussaa oli sisäuima-allas ja poreallas. Aamupala oli myös hyvä. Huone siiisti ja tilava.”
