Oikein hyvä kokemus, edullisesti omaa rauhaa omalla pikku etupihalla. Ei huonojalkaisille, koska rannasta on 60 m nousua. Lähikauppa, bussipysäkki, muutama uimaranta ja lukuisat ravintolat alle varttitunnin kävelyn päässä.

Ihana kodikas pieni majoituspaikka
Aivan loistava majoituspaikka. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä ja tunsimme olomme heti tervetulleeksi. Huone oli erittäin siisti, ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Myös ilmastointi toimi moitteetta, joka oli äärimmäisen tärkeää sillä koko lomamme ajan lämpötilat olivat lähemmäs 40 astetta. Kaikki henkilökunnassa ei puhu englantia, mutta heti varauksen jälkeen saimme sähköpostia Petarilta, joka oli sähköpostitse tavoitettavissa koko lomamme ajan. Häneltä voi kysyä vinkkejä ja neuvoa ja hän vastasi aina hyvin pian. Paikka on hyvällä sijainnilla, bussi vanhaan kaupunkiin ja Dubrovnikin keskustaan kulki puolen tunnin välein ja pysäkki oli alle viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Majoitus sijaitsee rinteessä, joten ylöspäin meneminen otti voimille kovassa helteessä. Myös ranta oli noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittelen paikkaa erittäin lämpimästi!

Paikka sopii niille, jotka haluavat viettää rauhallisen loman. Ihana, rauhallinen ranta kävelymatkan päästä (noin 7-10 min).Dubrovnikin keskustaan pääsee joko laivalla tai bussilla (bussipysäkki lähellä). Pieni ruokakauppa myös lähellä, kuten myös ravintolat ja kahvilat. Hotellin pitäjät olivat oikein mukava pariskunta ja hotelli oli perussiisti.

Leiligheten var vanskelig å finne på gps, MEN de sendte mail og opplyste om dette i forkant, og oppgav ett nummer vi kunne ringe og evt avtale ett møtested om blå ville det. Så de gjorde alt riktig.. Eieren her kan ikke lastes for att husnummer var spredd i hytt og putevar.. Han gjorde alt for å hjelpe og klarte det med glans. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake til dette stedet. Nydelig utsikt, enkelt, men rent og pent.

Great option to visit Dubrovnik
Dubrovnik is really expensive and locations in the city are over 100. This is a good deal. 15 minutes away from the city which is (EUR 10 in Uber). The closest beach is 10 minutes walk on your way down and 15 in your way up. Really nice restaurants and bars close by. The location was great. Having the city close enough and then a great beach to relax at walking distance.

De accommodatie is iets gedateerd, echt Kroatisch :), alles was schoon dat is voor ons het belangrijkste. Van alle gemakken voorzien, twee badkamers 1 met een douche en 1 met een bad waarin je ook kan douchen. Voldoende warm water. Een wasmachine en een vaatwasser, magnetron en oven. Koffie apparaat en een waterkoker. Wij hadden het grootste appartement, geschikt voor 3 kinderen en twee volwassenen. De tweepersoons slaapbanken voor de kinderen waren niet geschikt voor een volwassen persoon. Tweede slaapkamer had handig geweest, de kinderen lagen met z'n 3en in de woonkamer met open keuken. Accommodatie ligt vrij hoog, wij hadden moeite het adres te vinden.

Great location
Its in a great location. 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the old town. The actual room is out dated. It’s like going back to the 70s. Handles falling off cupboards. The shower was minute. Couldn’t swing a mouse let alone a cat. The couple looking after the premises were nice but couldn’t speak a word of English so we used hand gestures. Srebrenno and Mlini beach on your doorstep

Die Räume sind sauber und gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur meistens sprechen sie nur kroatisch. Bei Bedarf kann man aber einen finden, der englisch kann. Die kleinen Mankos, wie fehlende Haken im Bad, kein Duschgel etc. kann man verkraften. Für ältere oder nicht ganz körperlich fite Menschen gibt's zu beachten, dass Appartement, wie die meisten in Mlini auf dem Berghang steht und dahin viele Stufen und zum Schluss ein relativ steiler Weg führt. Aber sonst alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft mit einem super Preis - Leistung Verhältnis!

For the price and proximity to the beach, it was really great value for money. Some small communication issues and the wifi didn't work in the room, but as we were only staying for one night this was not an issue. Most importantly there was functioning AC :)

Lovely location just 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants - straight down the steps and across the road. The bus stop is just down the steps on the same side of the road as the property which will take u to Dubrovnik (number 10 bus) and takes about 20 minutes. It will take you to the main bus station but dont go all that way if you want to go to Grad (old city.) There is an ATM by the bus stop too. Property was clean and attractive. Nice owners - one of them spoke English. All very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. It is a little difficult to find if you dont know where it is though so Isuggest maybe taking the airport transfer like I did.

Bra budgetboende i ett tyst och lugnt område. Lite svårt att hitta till en början och ligger en bit upp på berget så man får vara beredd på att gå mycket. Rena rum och wi-fi och acn fungerade bra. Fin utsikt från balkongen. Familjen pratade inte så mycket engelska men var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Skönt att få använda tvättmaskinen och få hjälp med transfer till flygplatsen. Ligger nära ett mindre supermarket, ATM och busshållsplats. En promenad till stranden på 10 min och ett mindre shoppingcenter på 15 min. Helt ok restauranger där nere.

Clean, comfortable, a good value. Rather hard to find the first time. We were glad that we took a taxi from the airport because it would have been difficult to find from the bus stop. However, we were able to use the local bus afterwards. Near a bus stop, the beach, and a small grocery store.

Comfortable, relaxing, good value.
Located in Zupa Dubrovacka, 10 km south of Dubrovnik town, on road to Cavtat. Well connected to both those places by bus number 10 which also runs to main bus station in Dubrovnik. Mlini Bus stop is only 100m straight down steps from Apartments Kate. However on first arrival the apartment is difficult to find and google maps is misleading, so we took transfer they offered.Once there easy to get around. Walk to beaches. Ferry to Lokrum island leaves from Srbreno beach, near Sheraton hotel and Shopping mall. Handy Mini mart and ice cream parlour very close, at Mlini bus stop. Apartments run by family who were very hospitable, generous and helpful. Our apartment had a patio sheltered by a trellis of sunflowers and grape vines, relaxing and pleasant in evenings. Quiet, local neighbourhood. Apartment is comfortable with a washing machine too. Wifi not always strong inside; TV temperamental, but not really needed by us anyway. Very reasonably priced.

It was suposed to stay in a room with balcony but the lady took us to a floor room with no windows and very dirty bathroom.Impossible to find the appartment from google maps.I had to call the property to find it. Very dissapointed experience

Très bel accueil. Communication correcte par courriel uniquement. Réponse rapide. Très propre. À 10 min d'autobus de la Vieille ville de Dubrovnik via l'autobus no 10. Près de 8 min de la plage de Srebreno et 10 min de la plage de Mlini. Près de 8 min d'un mini market. Restos à proximité et centre d'achat. Beaucoup de marches à monter pour rejoindre l'appartement. Coin très tranquille. À recommander !

Tiene buena relación precio valor. No es de lujo, pero si bastante cómodo. El personal que te atiende es muy amable. Me tocó una habitación que tenía la cocina y el balcón con una vista a la bahía espectacular. Cerca de la playa, podíamos bajar caminando, con un boulevard lleno de restaurantes y cafés. El centro de Dubrovnik (la ciudad amurallada) queda a 10 minutos en carro aproximadamente. Sin duda, volvería!!

20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina e un dislivello notevole. Bollitore dell’acqua inutilizzabile, oltre alla sporcizia all’interno era pieno di macchie e calcare residuo. NON È VERO che nella struttura parlano l’italiano, idem per l’inglese. NON È VERO che la distanza dal mare è di 500m, forse forse in paracadute. I proprietari si sono fatti vivi solo all’arrivo e alla partenza, quindi a livello informativo zero assoluto. NON È VERO che puliscono la stanza 1 volta a soggiorno, quindi niente cambio asciugamani nè carta igienica. Essendo parecchio in alto, bella la vista sul mare, ma è d’obbligo girare con le scarpe da tennis, altrimenti le cadute sono assicurate. Frigorifero che perde acqua e tenda incastrata sotto di esso, quindi abbiamo dovuto sistemare il disagio da soli, proprio per l’assenza repentina dei proprietari. A Mlini c’è sicuramente MOLTO di meglio.

Toller Blick auf den Ozean, ruhiger Ort, lokale Atmosphäre, super freundliche Besitzer, Kate und Nick waren sehr entgegenkommend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Daniel der Manager, lieferte gute Informationen über Dubrovnik. Eine sehr gute Lage, 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, 15 Minuten in die Altstadt, Zûpa Mlini Beach nur die Straße hinunter, auch Lebensmittel. werde definitiv wieder in Kates Wohnung kommen. alles Gute von K und Abi (Deutschland)

Pleasant, clean property but some location issues
The apartment was initally difficult to find: the driver couldn't even find it on his GPS! After searching for nearly an hour for the property, I discovered it was at the top of a very steep hill. With no clear signage for the property, and the numbers of the houses on each street being inconsistent, it made this even harder to find (even a native of the neighbourhood couldn't find it). After finally finding the apartment, I realised that the walk to and from Mlini each day would be considerable. The owners were lovely but spoke little English, which is fine, but fundamental questions could therefore not be answered (departure procedure, use of the kitchen, laundry facilities, etc.) and I wasn't told about them due to the language barrier. Luckily Petar was contactable via email if there were any problems/queries, all of which were answered swiftly. HOWEVER, my room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The views were spectacular and it had all the amenities one could wish for for the price I paid (fridge, on-suite, balcony with table and chairs, air-con, TV.) Petar was informative about excursions, things to do and recommendations when going both to Dubrovnik and Mlini. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Overall, it was very pleasant and I had a great time. A car is advisable but not a necessity. Just keep in mind its location and distance when booking.

Owners really kind and nice offering some welcome snacks. Great views from the balcony of the apartment. Good indications to get to the apparment even come along. They allowed our car to park until late.

Nice view and friendly staff.
We stayed in room 4 with a terrace overlooking the sea. We had a kitchen as well so it was absolutely wonderful to have breakfest or a drink outside on the balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Car parking is available. A short walk to the bus station. A big supermarket nearby. The toilet is a bit small.

Horrible. Don't go there!!!
Nothing to visit. Ugly. Far away from facility whatsoever. No beach Just sand and sea water. 25 min. walk to reach the first coffee bar. Truly disappointed. Taxi driver from airport did not find this location even GPS assistance. Shall not recommend this bad set location. We had to leave the day after for a place much better located which added unexpected fees. So disgusted !!!

Quiet, friendly +value base to explore Dubrovnik
Right from when we arrived in village the local people were wonderfully kind as they tried to help us locate the accommodation (not on gps location-up pedestrian flight of stairs from shop). This was true through out our holiday as various local people went out of their way to help. This was also true of the brilliant owners who, despite their lack of English were bright and helpfu(son does). Even though the scenery is spectacular they were the ones who really made our stay special (thank you!)We recommend staying outside of Dubrovnik as it was very busy. The kitchenette was basic but sufficient in making simple meals (rice,pastaect) which was great for us on a budget. We snorkelled and kayaked( recommend silverland affordable and flexible -lots of islands to explore) from the beach(5 mins down a series of stairs) and it wasn't too busy despite high season. For quieter spots walk along the coast and rocky coast line gives way to small pebbly spaces. Bus to Dubrovnik and back is very frequent and run till early hours. Bus stop for old city in Dub. is on side of busy carriageway and you must cross it and walk down stairs. Bus back isn't the same road, must catch from the single carriageway road directly underneath previous road(road goes past cable car station) Dubrovnik is very expensive try and avoid eating ect there(recommend Kenoba in Na ponti bb, 20000-cheaper and fresh seafood) Petar gives good local informatio. Clean, comfortable apartments 10 mins from beach
These apartments are a good value base from which to explore Dubrovnik and the beautiful surrounding area. I stayed in a clean studio-style apartment and had no problems. The staff do not all speak English, but the manager Petar does and he was very helpful and was available by phone/email/WhatsApp whenever I had a question. The bus ride to Dubrovnik old town takes around 15-20 minutes and there are two buses an hour, and there is parking space if you want to hire a car. The apartments are located a short walk up a steep hill (bear this in mind if you are not fit and able-bodied) but I found the location in Mline beautiful and peaceful. Mline has a gorgeous beach as well, and you can also take a boat to Dubrovnik old town from there. There is a small supermarket, and a couple of other shops close to the apartment and the beach at Mline has several shops and restaurants. Day excursions will pick you up from the bus stop close to the apartment, and the manager was very helpful in sorting these out and offering advice. I would stay there again.
