I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the location was excellent and the place was overall clean, there were several disappointing aspects of my stay.
First, I was surprised to learn about a €25 housekeeping fee that wasn’t communicated upfront. When I requested just two clean towels, I was told it would cost €25 — which felt excessive for such a basic request.
Additionally, the sink in my room wasn’t draining properly. I reported the issue on the first day, but it was never resolved during my entire stay.
The hotel also appears to lack proper air conditioning. My initial room was uncomfortably hot. When I brought this up, they moved me to another room that had AC and a fan, which I appreciated — but it’s something that should have been clarified earlier.
Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the unexpected fees, poor maintenance, and unclear amenities made the experience less than ideal.
