Cheap but bad
It was pretty much like staying in a jail for few nights. Everything was so bare that you could think the place was robbed. The bed was also quite hard. But it was cheap so I guess it was ok.

Cozy place near centrum
The location is awesome, only 1 km away from centrum. Rooms were clean and you were able to decide if you wanted warm or cool room by using working radiator. Shower is tiny but working well. Otherwise everythin went fine but there were some waking up and leaving 6 am from the place and walls were so thin that you were able to hear them too well. So sleeping wasn't very possible after that.Otherwise hotel was quiet one during the nights!

I liked that the property had a smart TV where you could watch Netflix and YouTube and a selection of channels, luggage lockers we could use before and after we check in/out, and that the service was quick and convenient since all we had to do was click a button to check in and out of the hotel. I didn’t like that the toilet was dirty when we got in, we couldn’t check in until 3pm, which I feel is late, that it was hard to turn the heat on for the shower, that we have to pay extra for room service, and that the snack vending machine didn’t work.

Sehr einfach aber preiswert. Automatischer checkin. Ideal für eine Nacht, wenn keine grosse Ansprüche gestellt werden. Preislich für Zürich unschlagbar.

Quarto muito pequeno com paredes sujar. Possuía tv e secador de cabelo. Roupa de cama parecia já usada. Tivemos dificuldade para efetuar o check in via sistema automático disponibilizado na entrada e como o hotel não possui funcionários foi preciso ligar. O atendimento conseguiu solucionar o problema, porém atrasou muito nossa entrada. Havia armários para deixar as malas sem custo na recepção.

Easy to get in. From the US. Had a challenge calling for assistance. Creating the Key card was the section I missed. After working with someone who knew the language, we got the help. Otherwise ok.

Horrible experience
Terrible service, I got a humiliating email reply after the request of changing the room. I cannot believe they scam costumers with wrong photo and feel there is no problem with it. Even I mentioned that the room's condition is not like what I have seen in the photo, they say there is other photos. But there aren't any of them showing the actual room. Our room was tiny, shower booth was just built poorly just next to your headboard of your bed and this was not mentioned in the photo. I just had one night sleep and moved right away to the other hotel.

Great hotel
Great small hotel in Zurich, stayed here overnight and wished we would have stayed longer. The self check in is very simple and there is a contact number if you have any questions or concerns. They have free lockers for storage if you need to drop off luggage before or after your stay. The rooms are clean and somewhat small, but good if you will mostly be using the rooms to sleep/get ready. The hotel is very close to the train so you can walk about 53 minutes and get the train to the main Zurich station.

The property ran out of paper to print the room numbers. There wasnt anybody available, I had to call using an international card to get help. The WiFi password was supposed to be in the room number printout as well but since there was no paper, I had to call a few times again to get the WiFi password.

Preis/Leistung ok, aber Verbesserungen sinnvoll
Gewisse Basics fehlten einfach. Badetuchstange, Klobürste, Shampoo-Halterung in Dusche... die Türe der Dusche liess sich wegen lockerer Dichtung auch nicht vollständig schliessen. Ein Teil der Sockelleiste beim Eingang war auch schon locker. Ansonsten ist es ok mit Grösse Bett und TV für den Preis. Mit wenig Aufwand wären einige Verbesserungen möglich.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement
Mon séjour d'une seule nuit m'a profondément déçue. L'hôtel présentait de graves lacunes, notamment l'absence de climatisation, une propreté douteuse avec des taches et des poils sur les murs, ainsi que l'absence de produits de toilette pas de shampoing ni de savon ni de gel de douche, De plus, l'absence de réception a compliqué la résolution de ces problèmes. L'isolation phonique était également défaillante, avec des bruits de voisins perturbants, et une odeur désagréable régnait dans l'établissement. Mon séjour en a été sérieusement altéré, et je regrette d'avoir choisi cet hôtel.

Relatively cheap but not worth it.
The hotel was clean and in a good location. However, check in was not seamless-had to call easyHotel because the kiosk was not working. The rooms were set up good. WiFi was not working on anyone’s phone. When reached out for assistance, we were told to turn the phones on/off and then the password would work-it didn’t. The bathrooms were small; this would’ve been okay if the shower would drain. The shower could only run for 2 minutes before over flowing. Not ideal. It was hot in Zurich during the stay. They had fans - which was a bonus. But out of 8 fans, we had only 2 that worked.

Well I can’t rate this place bad as it was exactly as described. No tables, no closet, minimal everything. But they actually tell you that up front. The area seemed to be in a ran down part of town which I wasn’t aware of. Overall it’s a budget stay for one night and that’s exactly what it is. The storage lockers were very handy. Also the stack of fans in the hallway came in useful as it was extremely hot in our room.

Das war das schrecklichste hotel in dem ich mich in meinem ganzen Leben aufgehalten habe. Wenn man den Fußboden nur aus dem Augenwinkel betrachtet hat, hat man gesehen, dass dieser seit Wochen nicht mehr gewischt oder gesaugt wurde. Es war eine vielfältige Mischung aus Krümeln, Haaren und Staub darauf zu finden. Der Fernseher ging auch nicht, weil die Fernbedienung gefehlt hat. Die Kissen auf dem Bett sahen so aus, als ob dieses auch nicht frisch bezogen wurde. Das hat sich als traurige Realität herausgestellt, da ich unter dem Kissen ein langes dunkles Haar gefunden habe. Als ich ins Bad „gegangen“, so groß war es jetzt wirklich nicht, bin habe ich in der Toilette Ausscheidungsspuren gefunden und einen festgetrockneten Schlonz im Waschbecken, hm,… lecker… Die Ecken am Boden waren bedeckt mit einer Mischung aus Haaren und Staub, auch das Bad wurde seit langem nicht mehr geputzt. Die Dusche war so eklig, dass ich diese nicht einmal verwendet habe. Parkplätze gibt es vor dem Hotel auch nicht, und hat erschwerend zu dem ganzen auch noch negativ beigetragen. Vor meinem Aufenthalt habe ich versucht jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, dies blieb ohne Erfolg. Als ich dann mich einchecken wollte habe ich auch nur einen Computer vor mir gehabt, und wieder kein Personal an den man sich mit seiner Unzufriedenheit wenden kann. Telefonisch wieder keiner erreichbar. Das Klopapier war weich, wie der gesamte Aufenthalt für den Arsch

Die Unterkunft ist direkt neben einer S-Bahn. Man hat zwar eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, aber alle 3 Min kommt ein Signal von der Bahn, der Schlafen unmöglich macht. Im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, kein Tisch, keine Ablagemöglichkeit

It’s hard to communicate with the staff of the hotel because there is no one there, so it’s not efficient in case you need something fast. The bedrooms are old and not good taken care of.
