”Great location and service”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen, mutta astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän, ettei olisi tarvinnut pestä niitä niin usein. Kylpyhuoneet vaatisivat perusteellisempaa suursiivousta. Kuntosali oli kookas ja välineitä riittävästi.”

”CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE: This establishment plays games and is not concerned with customer satisfaction. At check in the room that was reserved 3 months earlier was not available. They told a few stories that didn't add up. First, my room was not ready yet, so If I waited 15 minutes it would be ready. When I said "ok I'll wait" they changed their story and said there was actually a problem with the room. I requested another room of the same kind and they didn't have one. So, I offered to accept...

”The Arlo was a great place to stay! The location was perfect for us, hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The parking situation was less than ideal but ended up being fine. We would definitely stay there again!”

”I wanted to extend my stay in one day and was not able to do this online. I’ve asked the front desk multiple times to help out but they said they cannot and fully booked, though they did have empty rooms for the extra night. Very disappointing.”

”The hotel is beautiful with so many bars and restaurants nearby. About 4 -5 blocks from Millenium Park. The seating areas are so peaceful and the design is amazing. They let me store my bike box the day before my stay which was so convenient. Staff are friendly and professional.”

”Excellent location in downtown Chicago. Short distances to everywhere. Only downside was the weak shower pressure.”
