”Very disappointing. We got a standard room, the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs through the mattress. There was no pressure in the bathroom (we did mention it). Be aware that every night we were there the place right next to it plays gig very loudly until 1/2am so not a chance of an early night as they don’t have double glazing. The rooftop itself is great and the food very enjoyable. The staff up there was nice. ”

”This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!”

”Conveniently located for a visit to the Tiwanaku ruins (next door), this hotel makes an ok stop after crossing the border from Peru at Desaguadero. It bills itself as '4-star', but it's not really. Spacious hotel has seen better days and feels a bit neglected inside. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a decent meal was provided (although the restaurant was not open). ”First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...

”Just terrible... It does not look like a hotel. Main door is closed all the time. Inside looks like a bad looking storage area. Rooms does not looks like an hotel room.
