”Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk. ”The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good.”

”Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. ”I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room.
