”On the second day my room hadn’t been cleaned by 16.30. When I reported to the reception, they gave me two clean towels. I demaded that the room needs to be cleaned or they have to move me to a clean room. They informed me that the housekeeping will arrive in 20 min and I can wait in their ”rest room” which was a space on the 1st floor without windows. There was a restaurant in the hotel as well. I wonder why not offering a beer there while I had to wait ultimately for 40 min for the...

”One room with comfortable beds - yes, but the appartment was also located in an awful neighbourhood, the floor was coming of, bathroom in a horrible condition and to top it all, there were be bugs in both of the beds. I could not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Only positive thing was the nice lady in the reception. ”Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil.”

”Very nice building and apartment, with period details, spacious with kitchen for making breakfast and very nice bathroom. Good for family of 3. Communication with host was spotty at best. Location was not convenient to train station (no direct tram). Tram or long walk to old part of town. Area is very quiet-- good for sleepng but few restaurants nearby. ”
