”Very friendly staff. Newly remodeled in some areas, so other areas are still being improved. The room we stayed in was spacious with a desk and seating area with two chairs and a coffee table. The beds were double rather than queen, but they were comfortable and served their purpose for the night. We would definitely stay here again. Can't wait to see how the rest of the remodeling goes.”

”Very affordable clean, dog friendly place to stay. For the price...it exceeded my expectations. It is a little out dated, but it was clean...I kinda like the nostalgia of the hotel..i was surprised when we arrived kinda late, around 11:30, that there was a small bar with a bar tender still there. Cute little atea for breakfast.. I was your typical free breakfast. Nothing special..Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, some cereal and fruits, etc..The pool was a nice size indoor pool that kids would...

”The place was great! We stayed at this location for our 4 night trip to cedar point with no problems! The price is pretty reasonable and not too far from the park. Everyone complaining about the trains must have never stayed in Sandusky..almost every hotel in the area has the same “problem”. We will definitely be back in the fall! ”

”Two negative issues. Parking lot needs to be repaved. A lot of loose asphalt & gravel around. Very dangerous for Motorcycles and it's Ohio Bike Week. The room had a bad light switch in the bathroom, I had to wiggle the switch around to get the light to turn on The free breakfast was awesome and their choice of coffee brand was top notch. Very good ”
