”Residence 110 is a well-located, clean and reasonably priced hotel. However, the inconvenience of having only one elevator for 14 floors occasionally leads to extended wait times. Additionally, the room doors' poor noise isolation, akin to cardboard, allows sounds from the corridor to disrupt your sleep, especially when doors are closed forcefully. Despite these considerations, I would still rate my experience a solid 8 out of 10.”

”Absolutely loved my stay here, the hotel is newly opened and very clean, nicely located next to pub street(s), restaurants and the river. The room was clean and had a nice shower, wifi worked flawlessly as well. But perhaps the best thing about the place were the staff as the owner and his family were all very friendly and helpful with whatever questions we had. Would stay here again if I come back to pnomh penh!”

”Filthy, used sheets on bed in first room, Manager blamed his staff and also commented on the aircon which didn’t work. I swapped rooms for ok sheets, next morning saw how much the floor filthy, broken and loose tiles, broken light and bathroom smelt of urine. Couldn’t wait to get out. Could see all parts of this hotel were severely neglected and dirty. Totally misrepresented online. Don’t go there!!!”

”Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.”

”I stayed here twice with my family. I paid for 4 adults and the reservation said GUARANTEED, but when we arrived they gave us 2 twin beds and said 2 people were expected to fit on each bed! 😤 The WiFi ONLY works in the reception area and not in any of the rooms. There are cockroaches, fleas, live, and ants in the rooms. The toilet is IN the shower which gets everything wet. The sheets were dirty and stained under the comforter and the towels were given to us damp and wrinkly and clearly not...

”barstreetの近くなので初めて宿泊しましたが、初日から温水器が壊れてて初日は水シャワーで我慢しました。翌日にほかの部屋から外してきた給湯器でお湯が出ましたが200Vの給湯器の為、水量はかなり低く部屋は窓もなく暗い部屋で金庫は壊れて使用できず。牢屋みたいな部屋で息苦しかった。wifiもシグナルが弱すぎて、使い物にならない、窓が無いのでSIMのシグナルもかなり悪く、1度部屋に入ると寝るだけになる、エレベータは無く狭くて急な階段で、快適とは程遠いホテル”
