”There is no reception at the property. We had a bit of a problem with our booking, but we were able to get it resolved very quickly through email. The customer service responded right away even they were not on site. Laundry service was also good. The dryer was powerful. ”The front desk staff was great! They were friendly and helpful. The property is near Busan Station which makes it easy to get around on the train, subway and bus transportation systems. At first I thought the hotel was in an industrial area because it was next to a car repair shop and train tracks. Surprisingly just a block away is the train station and across the street from Chinatown with lots of places to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean. ”Due to the number of guests, there should be additional cleaning done in the shared areas. For example, the bins in the ladies are often overflowing by midday. Location is amazing. ”L'hôtel è ubicato in una zona centrale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro Semeyon , centrale per spostarsi dappertutto a Busan. Nonostante si trovi in una strada piena di trafficanti , la camera era ben silenziosa. Pulizia normale, tovaglie cambiate ogni giorno e acqua fornita dal personale molto gentile. Sicuramente un'ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo per chi non ha molte pretese ma ha voglia di soggiornare spendendo poco in un hotel normale.”

”La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Es un lugar perfecto para llegar y dormir después de explorar Busan. El dueño es amable y accesible, habla inglés, por lo que la comunicación es fácil.
