”Check in staff member was very pleasant and it was quick and easy. Halls and rooms are dark and it is an older building. We had a room with a pull out sofa. There were no sheets/ blankets however they brought some no problem but the blanket was just a thin fleece one which wasn’t great. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that we couldn’t use it, needs to be replaced. Parking garage was great but a tad pricey. Breakfast was great! The banana muffins were delicious, lots of fresh...

”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”Everything about the room was excellent, service at the front desk was great as well as the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast service was poor at best, only one waitress who was constantly apologizing for the slow service as she was alone, we ordered pancakes as they looked appetizing. Poor choice as they were uneatable. The waitress did remove them from our bill but not the point as we were then out of time and still hungry. Did not like the breakfast service.”
