”After a nightmarish travel day in which our flight was cancelled and we had to have an overnight layover, the hotel was gracious enough to save our room, and were extremely helpful in making us comfortable. This was especially helpful because we both ended up sick while there, and needed to have a nice place to recover. The room was quiet, the staff was terrific, the amenities were awesome and the location couldn't be better. It's right across the street from the bus and rail station.”

Disappointing was not accessing our room till 5:30pm after 5 hour drive and cold pools and hot tub with many babies and young children in it- an adult space would be nice. ”Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well.”

”Everything was perfect! The innkeepers are lovely and very welcoming. Our room was beautiful, with a great soaking tub. We were welcomed back in the evening after dinner out with ice water and cute little blueberry chocolates. The breakfast was amazing! Served in a beautiful dining room on lovely china. We chose omelets, ham and fresh fruit, which my husband loved. We very highly recommend this little gem in the great town of Bath. Cannot wait to return! ”
