The room was very clean. The temps were cold outside, but the heat in the room was great. A basic breakfast but fullfilling. I will definitely stay here again.5++

The property was well-kept and a great base point for the area. The view of the water from the living room and kitchen was beautiful and the home was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Minutes from Boothbay town center and the Botanical Gardens, it was in a great location too.

The room was fine, and bathroom also. The only thing that seemed a little odd was that there was no way to lock the door on our room when we went out, but otherwise great, and I would stay there again.
