”I booked this hotel based on the pool. When we got there, it was drained. There was no notice stating it was not in service at time of stay. Other area hotels had their pools open at the time of stay so I had no reason to think otherwise. This hotel is also under construction and there was also no notice stating that as well. There are dehumidifiers lining the hallway and the new wallpaper is falling off the hallway walls. We also accidentally left an outfit hanging in the closet and it couldn’t...

”No pool, No microwave, No Laundry Facilities, No Ice. This place has amenities listed that it does not have. Valet parking is your only option. It’s $49/ night, which is fine, but the valet’s clearly expect a tip on top of that. Valet also takes a long time. The hotel is nice looking. The room was nice. The bedding was cheap so it held in a lot of heat. It was not my best experience. ”

”Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!).
