”Not a great hotel! Firstly its impossible to get any email/facebook response, they just ignore you
On arrival there was a massive line for check in so it took about 40 mins waiting in a hot reception area.
Requested a high floor, didnt get one. Room was like a sauna with no air con and no fan. No toilet roll in the room, not even 1. Shower curtain was just stored on the floor
Then on the last day we walked up to our room for our key card to not work so had to walk all the way back to...

”The property itself is good but we were staying in a room with our 2 grandchildren and we were booked into a room with either 2 double beds or a double and 2 singles. What we got was one double bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. Result was no sleep for 2 nights so would be reluctant to book with children again. ”Lovely large room . Well set out heating / cooling facilities made things very comfortable. Breakfast was well set out sadly we weren't able to take full advantage of what was on offer. Evenibg meal was also good value for money.”
