”Hotel is nice and clean.
Reception people are horrible. We needed some help with the dryer and they would not offer any.
We had to let our clothes get dry in the room for 2 days.
Room it's self:
Balcony door lock is broken.
2 night lamps missing bollbs.
Sink water pressure doesn't exist.
Shower head spray water all over the place but you.
1 elevator was out of order for our entire stay(5days) which created a long and frustrating time to get to your room.”

”This place is ok, the food was ok, the room is ok, the weird elevator is useful .. the staff at the front desk are “you do you, help yourself , I have zero opinion “ - they didn’t seem sure about anything - about where to eat “go to the centro” they said - that’s it . The location kinda sucks , it’s 10 minute walk to the main “jardín” - no where to eat on the way there or back … it’s hard to walk back and forth all day .. easily I did 15k steps a day and a lot of it was walking back and forth...

”This is a fabulous location right on the plaza, steps to the university. Be aware Guanajuato in that area is 24/7 with the clubs getting out at 5 am, so ask for a room in the back if that bothers you. Otherwise the front rooms with balconies are spectacular, so bring your noise cancelling earpods or headphones to sleep. The breakfast is great and walking distance to everything. They can set up tours for you. Friendly staff, we loved our short stay.”

No hay teléfonos en las habitaciones, hay que ir a recepción cada vez que se pueda ocupar algo o exista alguna duda.”
