”Nice large clean room with balcony overlooking tropical vegetation. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast choices were good and enjoyed the nice clean pool. Good location in Drake Bay, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach.”

”We were greeted warmly by the day manager as our boat arrived. She told us we were being given an upgrade with a lovely ocean view. They went out of their way to help us including a very early breakfast before leaving for an overnight stay at La Sirena. Really appreciated the extra help.”

”Vista drake lodge is amazing. We stayed for 4 nights. We even got an upgrade to one of the lodges! The views from there are amazing overlooking drake bay and you just want to chill on the porch in your personal hammock forever.
The lodgings are in the center of town and everything can be reached by foot. Emmanuel also hosts a lot of tours, gives great advice and we got a special breakfast on the day we left which was super nice!
We did some diving on cano island (highly recommended) and went...

”This is a very lovely spacious hotel in beautiful grounds backing on to a long sandy Pacific beach fringed with palm trees. It is accessed by an unmade road from Puerto Jiménez which takes about 20 minutes and is very bumpy but do not give up and follow the signs.

”It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. We were the second guests and I can tell you- this is going to be an upscale lodge so come now while the prices are still reasonable. The way...
