”This hotel was family-friendly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to book excursions through the hotel and spa services as well. There is an aviary on site with macaws, peacocks and other birds. The is a stable on site as well. We were able to go horseback riding on the beach. There are three restaurant choices in addition to the buffet and snack bar. Reservations need to be made a day in advance in order to have dinner at the steakhouse, sushi restaurant, and Italian...

”The resort was beautiful. Only issue is it did not say on the website that the part of the beach by the resort is not swimmable. You would have to walk a ways down the beach to swim in the water. Also- the jacuzzi was not heated. Staff was helpful! Room was beautiful!”

”Hotel was beautiful and views from the hotel and pool area were splendid.Location was also good, at a walking distance from Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach. When returning one had to walk uphil, but that is not too difficult if you are fit. ”

”Starting with the positives: the view was just amazing, from my room I saw both the sea and the jungle, and sitting on the terrace during a thunderstorm, listening the howlers and looking at the scarlet macaws flying from a tree to tree was an incredible experience. I also liked the breakfast and food in general, and the staff was friendly. On the other hand, the room was very basic, only a bed, chair, table and a coffee machine, shampoo and poor quality towels in the bathroom. 2 plastic chairs...

”Moises has been giving my wife and I excellent service! He is a natural and we can tell that he loves people and truly cares about their experience. Even though it is raining today, he helped us forget about the weather. The whole staff has been very accommodating. We are having an amazing time and we highly recommend this hotel! ”I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room with a pool view, but upon arrival I was given a “comfort garden” room instead, which did not have any meaningful garden view. The plants outside the room were identical to those throughout the hallways, so it felt misleading. When I asked about the room discrepancy, Angela at the front desk explained that only garden rooms accommodate three people, which I understand. However, I was still charged the higher Deluxe room...

”Pool area is a work of art beautifully blended into the surrounding rainforest, bar area and reception area were modern stylish and clean. Food is overpriced and the menu is not particularly adventurous, the limited choice of smoothies available was disappointing. And the coffee was alittle bland . Pleasingly there is a wide range of wildlife at the hotel.....red eye frogs and green iguanas to name a few, and even crocodiles in a lagoon about 5 minutes away. In summary this hotel has...

”The pools were a lot of fun. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher which allowed us to get food at the local market. Self-laundry service was convenient as well.”
