”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Fix the elevator in that building. Booking people on the third floor without a working elevator was unacceptable. I am certain the hotel was not sold out, an option should have been made available. The clerk did not mention the broken elevator. I will not be staying there again. I was too tired after two days of moving to complain at the time.”

”This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be.”
