”The morning I checked in 4/25 around 1pm the front desk lady notified me although a room was ready but I still needed to pay 40$ extra to access my room because it was before my scheduled time. I needed to change and freshen up. I was very disappointed with that. I had to get ready in the lobby rest room. Where was the HOSPITALITY in this situation? I didn’t get her name.

”Our stay was great. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was Saturday night when we returned there was nowhere to park due to spots being blocked off. Over all it was a great stay though and we will be back again.”
