”The owners and staff were very courteous and nice. The room layout was great and thoughtfully designed and decorated.”

”The ceiling was peeling and falling down on the floor along with the cobb webs on the headboard. i had to call the front desk to have housekeeping come. They didn't do a good job with snow removal from the storm and parking was limited people had to park all over the place. This motel excepts pets there was dog poop all around the side walk etc. When i booked the room it was stated that they had internet i asked to use the computer and was told it doesnt work”

”My prepaid $50.00 parking spot was not available. I was told to park in municipal lot. I refused and they made another arrangement for me to park. No elevator. Had to carry luggage up and down 3 long steep flights of stairs. No mention about lack of elevators in promotion and listing materials. No hot water in the morning (7:00) at the toilet room sink or in the shower despite running it for 30 minutes. No one on premises to assist. ”Really clean and nice hotel. Location was just perfect. Beds were very good and the room was spacey. There was not normal buffet breakfast option at all, just different, quite expensive dishes, available. The hotel supposed to be a inviroment friendly, but you can’t use stairs to go to the floors?? ”

”The staff was top tier, and the check-in process was amazing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my room was not very clean. The shower still had dirt from the previous occupant. I didn’t complain because it was late at night and I was exhausted, so I just cleaned it myself. My room was also located next to the elevator and ice machine, but surprisingly I didn’t notice much noise at all. It was actually very quiet.”

”The location is very convenient, no pool or hot tub, but I don’t think Residence Inns offer that as part of the brand. They had a nice large gym room and a nice common area. The bar was not well stocked and it wasn’t open every day. Overall, it is a good value to stay here. ”

”The room was clean and well stocked with towels. I liked being able to walk outside to the patio. On addition, having a restaurantwith good food on-site is great!”
