”Great pool had fun”

”There were people sitting outside the hotel who appeared to be smoking weed, which made us feel uncomfortable and a little scared, especially since we had planned to stay there with family. When we entered the room, there was a musty smell. The blankets also caused some itching, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The worst part was that the toilet got clogged in the morning, which was unbearable and very disappointing.”

”Smoke detector kept going off in the middle of the night til the air was turned on. Wifi was out and wasn't always a good connection.”

”I seen the pictures online about the place and I was impressed and I’m on vacation. Well, when I got to the property I’m like Hell No I must be at the wrong place. The property looked ran down and you had drug addicts everywhere. So I’m thinking let’s see how the room is? Well the lady at the front desk would not let me see the room RED FLAGS? Well they changed shifts and the new guy gave me the key to the room to look at but he warned me the pictures online is not the pictures of this hotel....

”The bathroom in the hotel room was not clean. The floor had hair and dust and pieces of trash.”

”The property is in a great location. Plenty to do in the area without having to drive. Unfortunately the staff are less than helpful. We checked out at 11am. At 12 noon, we realized we left a bag hanging from the bathroom door. Called, staff said they wou look into it. Took down my number and address. Called them back a few hours later and they claim no one turned in a bag. Hello, the cleaning staff was going in this room before the next guest at 4pm and the receptionist could have called...

”not in a safe location. Trash all along perimeter of parking. Not well lighted. Dog walk area is dirt and mud, and trash.”

”Horrible walk in look vacant we had roaches in our room and it’s was a suite I want refund but the ppl that was there didn’t know how to give refund being thought the computer was working ”

”BE warned that you have to pay for parking at this hotel. $40 if booked online, or $10 at the hotel...who that makes sense is beyond me. They have a very fancy, hand written piece of paper taped over a parking sign informing you of the $10. Also, breakfast was missing cinnamon rolls because the truck didn't come in and the pancake machine was broken.”
