”Our stay was excellent! Ample parking, every staff member was helpful and friendly, the hotel itself overall was clean and nicely decorated, but the best part was the super comfortable beds! The room was perfect size for our family, very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and very tasty! The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!”

”I experienced an issue with my television when I arrived. There was no sound. I contacted the front desk and they sent a technician to my room in minutes. She did some diagnostics on the connections and determined the cable box needed to be replaced. She was very concerned that I was being inconvenienced but I reassured her it was completely fine and appreciated her speedy response.”

”Across the street from Arundel mills mall with tons to do! Facilities and amenities were great. Very clean and staff was very kind. The property is outdated so stains on carpets and noisy AC are to be expected but sheets and towels were pristine. Every nook and cranny was clean. Only thing I could say was that the shower head had built up scum but I gave it a quick scrub, no problem. Overall very good experience and will be staying there again when I come back! ”
