”I believe the hotel management—or at least the person responsible—should be replaced. The elevator was out of service, and there was no notice or information posted about it, which was especially inconvenient since I was staying on the 8th floor. The breakfast was disappointing. There was no fresh milk available, only poor-quality boxed milk. In addition, the food items were not replenished regularly. It would be better not to offer breakfast at all than to provide such inadequate...

”Make sure you download the contactless info to get into the room before you get there. You have to call for the wifi, there's no service in that location. It's not ideal. There was construction outside all night long - very loud. And, you can hear everything in every room around...people were partying loudly all night long. Parking is an issue early because of the restaurant.”

”We were attend a conference and I must say that the staff was friend and accommodating. The food was good and the hotel conference rooms were comfortable considering that we had a very large group. The hotel did well in accommodating us. I was disappointed that the spa was out of service at the time of our vist but overall it was good.”
