”The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer ”

”The property is very old, there were no bath products, we were lead to believe this was a resort, not a timeshare property. Everything is very outdated. Don’t believe the pictures you see, very deceiving. Everything about the listing is inaccurate. We would never stay there again or would we recommend it.👎”

”Loved staying at the Happy Little Cottage! It has all the amenities you could want. The neighborhood is very quoet. Our weather was lots of rain so we didn't get to use the firepit. We would love to stay there again the next time we come to Beaufort.”

”Great little place to keep away from the large crowds very private ties security was absolutely wonderful. While there they were doing some upgrades around the complex and those guys were very respectful and complementary. They were replacing carpet on all the decks outside of the front doors and they did such an amazing job And they were very accommodating.”

”The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. ”

”Was what we expected. It was cozy and quiet. Our apartment was 3 minutes to beach, 4 minutes to indoor pool. Couch and master bed were uncomfortable to me, a little stiff. The pillows were like pancakes -- flat, but we managed. Left a day early to become grandparents. We will look at booking again if in the area. Thanks for the use of your facility.”
