”I stayed for 2 nights for a convention at the ICC in August 2025. The location was really convenient - just a 5 minute drive on the M4 and was excellent value. Free on site parking when I arrived. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Extra tea and coffee provided as soon as I asked etc. My room was small but had everything I needed and it was absolutely immaculate. I was very impressed overall and would definitely stay here again.”

Cardiff seems a very open minded city and if this bothers you maybe avoid this place as it is located right in the midst of some businesses that cater to that crowd. ”During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close.
