”Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel ”

”Really pleased with our overnight stay in one of the suites. The room was clean and tidy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a visit to Wimbledon which was only about 15 minutes away via taxi and if we go again, will definitely look to stay here first.”

”My stay at Premier Inn Gatwick was fantastic, super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from the airport, and I’d definitely stay again. Clean, Modern and very quick check-in. However, Expedia listed the latest check-in as 12 AM, which caused stress and almost cost me £100 for an Uber. Expedia should clarify that guests can call ahead if arriving after midnight. ”

”I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay. The room, the staff, the food were all what I expect when staying at a new hotel. Friendly staff, great choice of food (breakfast and dinner). My room was comfortable and was very grateful to the air conditioning since it was so hot that whole week. I needed an extra night at short notice and they not only were able to accommodate but were also able to keep me in the same room. Plenty of room in their car park too. I’d happily stay here again. ”

Beautiful spacious rooms, especially the ones over looking the river with Juliet balcony, where you can watch the ducks & swans- all very idyllic. Staff are helpful & always available. Downstairs gives plenty of traditional country style pub vibes. If you are looking for an upmarket place to relax & chill out, this is the place to be. A major plus is the free on site parking. There is a 2 tier parking area next to hotel. Only issue...

If you don´t come straight from freeway, then the road is very narrow and if any cars come across, then one needs to back off to the spot where is wide eanough for 2 cars :) Freeway´s noise is not that bad. Very good choise for budget travelling and if you use car.”
